You can customize the signing screen and emails sent by RightSignature with your company’s name, logo, and branded messaging. To access your branding options, log into RightSignature and click Account, followed by Branding. You can then access the branding options highlighted below. Please note that custom branding features are only available for RightSignature accounts at the Business and Enterprise level.

Company Logo

This option places your company logo on the RightSignature signing screen where the designated signing parties will fill out and sign your documents. If the Branded HTML Emails feature is also enabled in settings, your logo will be included in emails sent containing the signing links.

To upload your company logo, follow the steps above to access the Branding page, then click Choose File under Company Logo. Next, select the image file from your computer and click Upload.

Here are a few additional tips to optimize the appearance of your logo in RightSignature:

  • The display size of the company logo is 210 pixels wide and 50 pixels high.

  • Remove all whitespace surrounding the logo before uploading the file. Crop your image carefully to make sure your logo uses the maximum allotted space. (Any white pixels around your logo in your file will result in your logo being displayed smaller.)

  • Wide logos work better than tall logos. The space reserved for your company logo on the document signing screen is wider than it is tall. Choose an appropriately proportioned logo to maximize your brand’s visibility.

Custom Email Subject Prefix

This option gives you the ability to designate a custom prefix in the subject line of the notification and reminder emails sent to your Signers. When sending a document or a reminder to your Signers, your company’s name will appear in the subject of the email. For example, if you typed in “Yoyodyne”, RightSignature email subjects will read “[Yoyodyne] John Bellingham has sent you the document Contract.pdf to sign.”

To add a custom prefix, follow the steps above to access the Branding page, then type your company’s name in the corresponding text box under Custom Email Subject Prefix. Finally, click Save Email Prefix.

Show Sender Name in Email "From" Field

This option will show the user name in the email “from” field. If this option is disabled, the email “from” field will show RightSignature.com.

Branded HTML Emails

This option gives you the ability to add your company logo to notification and reminder emails sent to your Signers. It also enables a more user-friendly graphical button in the emails from which the Signers can access the document.

To enable Branded HTML Emails, follow the steps above to access the Branding page. Then, under Branded HTML Emails, enable the checkbox.

Custom Signer Email Greeting

This option lets each user set a custom greeting in the body of the email used to deliver the document signing links. Each user on the account will be able to set a unique custom greeting.

To enable the Custom Signer Email Greeting, follow the steps above to access the Branding page. Then, enable the Custom greeting radio button and click Save Signer Email Greeting.

Custom Email Signature

This option lets each user set a custom email signature in the body of the email used to deliver the document signing links. Each user on the account will be able to set a unique email signature.

To enable the Custom Email Signature, follow the steps above to access the Branding page. Then, type in the Custom Email Signature text and click Save Email Signature.
