Integration Setup

Dropbox
The RightSignature-Dropbox integration gives you the power to access your Dropbox files from inside RightSignature and send a document to one or more parties to fill out and sign online. As soon as documents are completed on RightSignature, signed copies are automatically placed in your Dropbox account.
One-time setup: Visit the Dropbox Integration page in your RightSignature account and click Activate. You will be redirected to Dropbox. After signing into Dropbox you will be asked to authorize your RightSignature account access. Once completed, you will return to RightSignature and you will see your Dropbox documents as an option on our "Send a Document" page.

Freshbooks
The RightSignature-FreshBooks integration gives you the power to send your FreshBooks estimates and invoices for signature directly from your RightSignature account, and gives you the ability to automatically search your FreshBooks contacts when adding a new party to a document.
One-time setup: Login to your FreshBooks account, go to my Account, then FreshBooks API. Click to Enable API. Copy and paste the API URL and Authentication Token into the designated boxes on the FreshBooks Integration page in your RightSignature account. Once completed, you will see your FreshBooks documents as an option on our "Send a Document" page and your contacts will automatically appear as you type a party's name or email address.

Salesforce
The RightSignature-Salesforce integration gives you the power to import and send your Salesforce documents for signature directly from your RightSignature account, and gives you the ability to automatically search your Salesforce contacts when adding a new party to a document. 
One-time setup:  Visit the Salesforce Integration page in your RightSignature account and click Activate. You will be redirected to Salesforce. After signing into Salesforce you will be asked to authorize your RightSignature account access. Once completed, you will return to RightSignature and you will see your Salesforce documents as an option on our "Send a Document" page and your contacts will automatically appear as you type a party's name or email address.

Box
The RightSignature-Box integration gives you the power to send your Box documents for signature directly from your RightSignature account, and gives you the ability to automatically search your Box contacts when adding a new party to a document. 
One-time setup: Visit the Box Integration page in your RightSignature account and click Activate. You will be redirected to Box. After signing into Box you will be asked to authorize your RightSignature account access. Once completed, you will return to RightSignature and you will see your Box documents as an option on our "Send a Document" page and your contacts will automatically appear as you type a party's name or email address.

Evernote
The RightSignature-Evernote integration gives you the power to send your Evernote notes and attachments for signature directly from your RightSignature account. A pdf document is generated from your Evernote note before it is sent for signature. After the document has been executed, a signed copy is placed in your Evernote account.
One-time setup: Visit the Evernote Integration page in your RightSignature account and click activate. You will be redirected to Evernote. After signing into Evernote you will be asked to authorize your RightSignature account access. Once completed, you will return to RightSignature and you will see your Evernote documents as an option on our "Send a Document" page.
Supported File Types: text enml notes, text enml notes with one pdf attachment, text enml notes containing one image, notes that have one word doc, and notes with images and inline text enml.
Supported File Size: <10MB

MailChimp
The RightSignature-MailChimp integration gives you the power to automatically search through your MailChimp list subscribers when adding a new party to a document. The MailChimp integration helps you to quickly pull up the email address and maintain accurate name spelling when sending documents to your MailChimp subscribers.
One-time setup: Visit the MailChimp Integration page in your RightSignature account and click Activate. You will be redirected to MailChimp. After signing into MailChimp you will be asked to authorize your RightSignature account access. Once completed, you will return to RightSignature and your MailChimp subscribers will automatically appear as you type a party's name or email address.

Basecamp
The RightSignature-Basecamp integration gives you the power to send your Basecamp documents for signature directly from your RightSignature account, and gives you the ability to automatically search your Basecamp contacts when adding a new party to a document.
One-time setup: Login to your Basecamp account and go to My Info, then Show Your Tokens. Copy and paste your Account URL and API Authentication Token into the designated boxes on the Basecamp Integration page in your RightSignature account. Once completed, you will see your Basecamp documents as an option on our "Send a Document" page and your Basecamp contacts will automatically appear as you type a party's name or email address.

Campfire
The RightSignature-Campfire integration gives you the ability to automatically search through your Campfire contacts when adding a new party to a document. The campfire integration helps you to quickly pull up the email address and maintain accurate name spelling when sending documents to your Campfire contacts.
One-time setup: Login to your Campfire account and select Tools, then OAuth Applications. Copy your Account URL and API Authentication Token and paste into the designated boxes on the Campfire Integration page in your RightSignature account. Once completed, your Campfire contacts will automatically appear as you type a party's name or email address.

Nutshell
The RightSignature-Nutshell integration gives you the ability to automatically search through your Nutshell contacts when adding a new party to a document. The integration helps you to quickly pull up the email address and maintain accurate name spelling when sending documents to your Nutshell contacts.
One-time setup: Login to your Nutshell account and select Setup, then API Keys, and add a new API key with API Access permissions for RightSignature. Next, enter your Nutshell account email and API Key into the designated boxes on the Nutshell Integration page in your RightSignature account. Once completed, your Nutshell contacts will automatically appear as you type a party's name or email address.

Solve360
The RightSignature-Solve360 integration gives you the ability to automatically search through your Solve360 contacts when adding a new party to a document. The integration  helps you to quickly pull up the email address and maintain accurate name spelling when sending documents to your Solve360 contacts. 
One-time setup: Login to you Solve360 account and select More, My Account, and then click the API Token tab. Enter your Solve360 account email and API Authentication Token into the designated boxes on the Solve360 Integration page in your RightSignature account. Once completed, your Solve360 contacts will automatically appear as you type a party's name or email address. 

BambooHR
The RightSignature-BambooHR integration gives you the power to send your BambooHR Company Files for signature directly from your RightSignature account, and gives you the ability to automatically search your Company Employees when adding a new party to a document.
One-time setup: Login to your BambooHR account and select Username, then API Keys. Copy and paste your BambooHR Account Name and the Valid API Key into the designated boxes on the BambooHR Integration page in your RightSignature account. Once completed, you will see your BambooHR documents as an option on our "Send a Document" page and your BambooHR contacts will automatically appear as you begin to type a party's name or email address.

Yammer
The RightSignature-Yammer integration gives you the ability to automatically search through your Yammer contacts when adding a new party to a document. The integration helps you to quickly pull up the email address and maintain accurate name spelling when sending documents to your Yammer home network members. In addition, RightSignature will post to your activity stream (only viewable by you) when a document is sent or signed. 
One-time setup: Visit the Yammer Integration page in your RightSignature account and click Activate. You will be redirected to Yammer. After signing into Yammer you will be asked to authorize your RightSignature account access. Once completed, you will return to RightSignature and your Yammer contacts will automatically appear as you type a party's name or email address.

Harvest
The RightSignature-Harvest integration gives you the power to send your Harvest invoices for signature directly from your RightSignature account, and gives you the ability to automatically search your Harvest client contacts when adding a new party to a document.
One-time setup: Visit the Harvest Integration page in your RightSignature account and click Activate. You will be redirected to Harvest. After signing into Harvest you will be asked to authorize your RightSignature account access. Once completed, you will return to RightSignature and you will see your Harvest invoices as an option on our "Send a Document" page and your Harvest client contacts will automatically appear as you type a party's name or email address.

PipelineDeals
The RightSignature-PipelineDeals integration gives you the power to send your PipelineDeals documents for signature directly from your RightSignature account. With the integration you also have the ability to automatically search your PipelineDeals contacts when adding a new party to a document.
One-time setup: Login to your PipelineDeals account and select Account Settings from the main menu. Next select "PipelineDeals API" and copy and paste your API Key into the designated boxes on the PipelineDeals Integration page in your RightSignature account. Once complete, you will see your PipelineDeals documents as an option on the RightSignature "Send a Document" page, and your PipelineDeals contacts will automatically appear as you begin to type a party's name or email address.

Batchbook
The RightSignature-Batchbook integration gives you the ability to automatically search through your Batchbook contacts when adding a new party to a document. The Batchbook integration helps you to quickly pull up the email address and maintain accurate name spelling when sending documents to your Batchbook contacts.
Get Started: Visit the Batchbook Integration page in your RightSignature account and enter your Batchbook account name in the designated box. Next, log into your Batchbook account and click Your Account. Copy and paste "Your Batchbook API Key" into the designated box on the Batchbook Integration page in your RightSignature account. Once completed, your contacts will automatically appear as you type a party's name or email address.
